What an amazing festival. I arrived mid Thursday and caught up with Ali & Tim @ the ROCKSTAR stall at Cooke Park. They are a yearly stall at the Elvis festival and had invited me and my sensory works along for the ride and what a ride it was.
So many wonderful soul I had met over the four days, from stall holders, to serenading performers who brought tears to my eyes and others. To the many beautiful and welcoming locals and also the enthusiastic visitors like myself, who all became caught up in the atmosphere of the Elvis festival.
Sunday I took a day off from the stall and ventured into the depths of the festive. Visiting a couple of sites then to the chapel of love to witness many renew their vows. I brought a range of my Re'Kleimmes and gifted them to a few who renewed their vows.
It was another magical experience seeing all this happiness, much like the day before when Scottish Elvis and Emilio Prince serenading my teddy bear @ the ROCKSTAR stall, creating a joyful collection of happy tears. Even now I hold my breath.
